Donated goods coordinators (volunteer position)

Many kind people donate goods to Shine to distribute to our clients and we are seeking people to become part of a team to coordinate donated goods. The position will be a few hours a day, three days a week. The ideal volunteer would be someone who: Has pride in ‘owning’ the job. Wants to make a big contribution to helping families in crisis. Is friendly and confident. Has great organisational, written and verbal skills. If you are interested in becoming this volunteer role, we’d love to hear from you.

Administration Assistant

We are looking for a self-starter to ensure our team and services are effectively supported. Working as part of a small administration team, this role will see you provide exceptional data entry support and back up to our Receptionist/Administrator. This is an important part time role (15 hours per week) in our dedicated team, so we need to know you have; comprehensive computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office, database experience with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, excellent time management and organisational skills, good working knowledge of confidentiality and privacy principles, and a ‘can do’ attitude.

Receptionist / Administrator

We are looking for a Reception/Administration superstar to ensure our team and services are effectively supported. Working as part of a small administration team, this role will see you as the first point of contact for our visitors, undertake the maintenance of day to day office functionality, and provide exceptional administration support to our GM and service practitioners. This is a pivotal part time role (35 hours per week) in our dedicated team, so we need to know you have; comprehensive computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office, excellent interpersonal skills with a customer focus, database experience with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to multi-task and problem solve, excellent time management and organisational skills, and a ‘can do’ attitude.
